SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Call our office Monday through Thursday to schedule your appointment or for any other inquiries.
New and existing patients can also use the ONLINE SCHEDULING button below. Please note that online scheduling is currently available for dental exams only. This appointment does not include a cleaning. A dental exam is an appointment to meet with the dentist for an oral evaluation, whether for a specific concern (such as a toothache), a second opinion, or a consultation. Existing X-rays will be reviewed, and new X-rays may be taken if needed.
NEW PATIENTS WITH DENTAL INSURANCE
If you are scheduling as a new patient and have dental insurance, please include your insurance information when registering (insurance company name, member ID, and group number). If you are unable to provide this information online, you may contact our office by phone, text, or email prior to your appointment. If you are not the insurance policy holder, please also provide the policy holder’s name and date of birth.
When booking your appointment online, please include a brief description of what you need to be seen for. The more information you provide, the better we can prepare for your appointment.
If you have X-rays from a previous dental office, please have them emailed to info@interlachendental.com prior to your appointment. If we do not receive your X-rays in advance, we will take any necessary new X-rays at your appointment. For reference, we typically take bitewings every 12 months and a panoramic or full mouth series every 5 years, unless otherwise clinically necessary.
